The Product Manager will lead the planning and execution of downstream marketing initiatives for Korea, serving as the key product lead for iTero. This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, driving commercialization initiatives, and managing related budgets to support business growth.
A key priority for this role is to accelerate iTero adoption and market share by reinforcing its premium positioning and elevating its role as a comprehensive digital scanning solution for both GP Dentists and Orthodontists.
In this role, you will... 

Product & Portfolio Management
  • Execute the Korea product strategy for the iTero scanner portfolio in alignment with global priorities. 
  • Lead the repositioning of iTero from an Invisalign-only scanner to a comprehensive digital scanning platform supporting broader digital treatment workflows across orthodontic and restorative dentistry. 
  • Manage key aspects of the product lifecycle, including launches, upgrades, and end-of-life activities, in partnership with Clinical, Commercial, and APAC teams. 
  • Partner with GP, Ortho, and Lab channel leaders to drive adoption of hardware and software innovations. 
  • Support portfolio positioning, pricing strategies, and offer structures across channel segments. 
  • Ensure product solutions align with customer needs, practice economics, and commercial objectives. 
  • Collaborate closely with Invisalign marketing and commercial teams to strengthen integrated digital workflow adoption and customer engagement. 
 
Launch & Go-to-Market Execution
  • Elevate iTero's presence across launches and events by showcasing the combined value of the Invisalign and iTero ecosystem. 
  • Lead local execution of scanner launches, software updates, and feature enhancements. 
  • Drive end-to-end project management across development, localization, and commercialization initiatives. 
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans, including segmentation, targeting, and messaging strategies. 
  • Partner with Channel Leaders and Sales teams to deliver impactful field tools, training, and customer-facing materials. 
  • Monitor launch performance and identify optimization opportunities to accelerate adoption. 

Customer & Market Insight
  • Serve as the voice of the customer across orthodontists, general dentists and labs. 
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence. 
  • Identify opportunities and barriers related to digital adoption across the Korea dental market. 
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen integrated digital workflow adoption across both iTero and Invisalign solutions. 

Cross Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Ortho, GP and Lab leaders to drive execution across all channels. 
  • Collaborate with Global and Regional Product Management teams to ensure Korea plans align with global priorities. 
  • Work closely with Clinical, Legal, RA, CA Marketing, and Operation teams. 
  • Partner with Sales teams to ensure customer needs are addressed and business opportunities maximized. 
  • Support cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic matrix environment. 

Business Planning, Performance Tracking & Analytics
  • Support business growth initiatives, KOL engagement, and market development efforts to accelerate adoption of integrated digital workflows.
  • Track KPIs related to scanner sales, utilization, adoption, and customer engagement. 
  • Support forecasting, demand planning, and contributions to Korea operating plans. 
  • Leverage data and insights to inform recommendations and drive continuous improvement. 

Professional Communication
  • Partner with global, regional, and local teams to localize product collateral and customer communications for the Korea market. 
  • Lead launch communications and translation requirements in close collaboration with Legal and Regulatory teams. 
  • Develop customer communication strategies for new product launches, feature enhancements, and promotional initiatives. 
  • Manage professional communications across trade media, digital advertising, and eDM campaigns. 
  • Maximize the use of PR assets, case studies, and white papers to strengthen product positioning and market education. 
  • Develop impactful sales collateral and customer-facing materials. 
  • Develop customer communication strategies that reinforce the value of integrated digital workflows across iTero and Invisalign solutions. 

Events & Professional Engagement
  • Develop and execute internal and external launch events, trade shows, and professional engagement initiatives. 
  • Ensure strong and consistent iTero brand presence across all events in alignment with global brand direction. 
  • Collaborate with event organizers, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality event execution. 
  • Support sponsorship opportunities and strategic event partnerships to strengthen market presence. 

Additional Responsibilities
  • Support KOL engagement strategies and professional advocacy initiatives. 
  • Manage agency partners to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective execution. 
  • Partner closely with Legal and Regulatory teams to ensure compliance across all marketing communications and materials. 
  • Coordinate translation of marketing collateral, customer communications, and training materials. 
  • Monitor competitive activity and market trends to identify risks and opportunities.  

Reporting Line
  • Reports directly to Associate Director, Marketing, Korea 

Deliverables & Key Performance Indicators
  • Ensure effective fulfillment of assigned objectives, deliverables, and deadlines. 
  • Contribute proactively to team and company goals through cross-functional collaboration. 
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. 
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, practices, and procedures.

Bachelor's degree in healthcare, engineering, technology, business, or related field

Experience in digital dental or laboratory workflows is highly preferred. 

Dental technician certification will be considered a strong advantage.

Proven B2B marketing strategy and execution experience

Outstanding project management skills

Experience in medical devices, dental, healthcare technology, or capital equipment (preferred)

Exposure to product launches and lifecycle management in regulated industries

Experience collaborating with sales teams in field driven organizations

Strong business partnering and cross functional communication skills

Culturally aware, flexible, and effective in a matrix organization

Strong influencing skills with the ability to build customer relationships

Ability to analyze complex issues and develop practical solutions

Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Up to 10% travel may be required
