Cruise Support Executive
Miami, FL
At World Fuel, we help power global transportation through innovative energy, fuel, and logistics solutions. Our Cruise & Energy Transition team supports some of the world's leading cruise operators, helping them navigate an evolving energy landscape while delivering exceptional service worldwide.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Cruise Support Executive to support our global Cruise & Energy Transition business. In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Trading, Operations, Finance, and Technical teams to help manage customer accounts, analyze performance, support commercial agreements, and drive operational excellence.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in commercial operations, trading, or the marine energy industry.
What You'll Do
  • Support the Cruise Sales and Trading teams in managing a global portfolio of cruise customers.
  • Coordinate across Operations, Finance, Technical, Supply, and Claims teams to ensure seamless customer delivery.
  • Maintain dashboards and reports tracking volumes, margins, contract performance, and demand forecasts.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and process improvements.
  • Support customer contracts, bids, tenders, and RFP processes.
  • Validate invoices and help resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Track and coordinate customer claims through resolution.
  • Assist in preparing Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and customer presentations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred
  • Experience or internships in logistics, marine, energy, transportation, or commercial support environments.
  • Exposure to contracts, invoicing, tenders, claims, or performance reporting.
  • Interest in the cruise, marine fuel, or energy sectors.
