We have an opportunity for a full time Marketing Intern at our HQ in Kearneysville, West Virginia.

Location: Randox Laboratories, 515 Industrial Blvd, Kearneysville, WV 25430, United States.

 

Contract Offered: Full time (40 hours per week), Initially a 6-month fixed-term contract with view of permanency.

 

Working Hours / Shifts:  Monday to Friday 8.30 am - 5.00 pm


What does this role involve?

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in conducting market research to identify industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
  • Collect and analyze data from various sources to support marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Support exhibition and trade show planning, including logistics coordination, materials preparation, and vendor communication Help manage pre-and post-event activities such as attendee tracking, follow-ups, and performance summaries
  • Assist in gathering and organizing customer service data, including feedback, inquiries, and satisfaction metrics
  • Support analysis of customer insights to identify opportunities for improved engagement and experience
  • Help create reports, presentations, and summaries of research findings, event outcomes, and customer data
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align messaging and outreach efforts
  • Maintain organized records of marketing materials, research data, and event documentation
  • Provide general administrative support for marketing initiatives and campaigns


Essential Criteria:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and general office tools
