Kickstart Your Career in Sales, Business Development & CRM Strategy

Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in sales operations, lead generation, and business development? We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Enablement Intern to support our growing sales organization through data analysis, CRM management, and outbound prospecting initiatives.


This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with experienced sales professionals, learn industry-leading tools like Salesforce, and contribute directly to strategic sales growth initiatives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Maintain and update prospect databases through outbound communication
  • Contact companies to verify and update contact information
  • Record appointments, customer interactions, and detailed notes within CRM systems
  • Support outbound sales campaigns through calls and follow-up emails
  • Gauge prospect interest and identify potential opportunities

CRM & Sales Support

  • Input, update, and audit customer and prospect data in Salesforce
  • Maintain accurate records of communications, statuses, and interactions
  • Assist with organizing and tracking sales pipeline activity
  • Route qualified leads and inquiries to the appropriate sales consultants
  • Support scheduling of product demos and customer consultations

Reporting & Sales Operations

  • Analyze sales and CRM data to support sales performance initiatives
  • Assist with portfolio management and strategic marketing efforts
  • Prepare sales presentations, pitches, and follow-up collateral
  • Track outreach activity and maintain daily productivity goals
  • Consistently achieve outreach targets of 45–50 calls per day

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sales, or related field preferred
  • Previous sales, customer service, or business experience is a plus
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Ability and willingness to learn Salesforce CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and accountable mindset
  • Ability to gather, analyze, and report data accurately
  • Collaborative team player with a strong work ethic
