Job Overview
This role sits within the global FP&A team and supports the Products division through data analysis and reporting. The Analyst will work closely with Sales, Product Management, and other cross-functional teams to provide insights that support business decision-making.
The role offers hands-on exposure to financial reporting, business analytics, and global operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the preparation and maintenance of standard reports related to sales performance, P&L analytics, and key business metrics
  • Assist in monthly sales commission calculations and reporting
  • Help gather, validate, and organize data from various internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Provide basic analysis on sales trends, product performance, and operational KPIs
  • Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests from Sales and Product Management teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Product, etc.) to understand reporting needs
  • Assist in improving reporting processes, templates, and data accuracy over time
  • Participate in training and learning sessions to build financial and analytical capabilities
  • All other reasonable duties as assigned

Qualifications

    • Prior exposure to financial analysis, reporting, or data analytics is a plus but not required

  • Languages:
    • English required
    • Spanish is a plus but not required
