Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer with a strong passion for motorsports culture and design to join our art department. This role will support the development of high-quality visual content for marketing, product launches, and brand initiatives for motorcycling, apparel, and auto.
 
The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a keen eye for detail, a solid understanding of design principles, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including digital ads, social media graphics, email campaigns, event assets.
  • Collaborate with Creative Direction, Senior designers, and product teams to translate creative briefs into compelling designs. 
  • Develop visual assets for athlete partnerships, race team promotions, and event campaigns.
  • Edit and retouch product and lifestyle photography to align with brand standards.
  • Prepare artwork for both print and digital applications, ensuring technical accuracy and consistency.
  • Contribute creative ideas for campaigns and content that reflect the motocross lifestyle and Alpinestars’ brand identity and lifestyle.
  • Maintain organized design files, templates, and asset libraries. 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of professional design experience (internships and freelance work considered).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong layout, typography, and image composition skills.
  • Passion for motocross and motorsports culture is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Familiarity with social media content formats and trends.
  • Photography skills a plus.
  • Knowledge of print production processes.
Salary will be dependent on experience.
 
This position is on-site in Torrance, CA.
