The ideal candidate is organized, analytically curious, and genuinely interested in how AI tools are reshaping knowledge work - and brings a low-ego, problem-solving mindset to everything they do.

Essential Job Functions:

Content Management & SME Collaboration

  • Maintain and update the Responsive content library in partnership with SMEs to keep responses accurate, clear, and current.
  • Track deadlines, follow up on outstanding content requests, and ensure timely completion of assigned updates.

Data Analysis & Reconciliation

  • Work with structured data from internal dashboards and enterprise systems; reconcile inconsistencies and support routine reporting.
  • Help coordinate data integrations between StepStone's proprietary systems and external RFP platforms, communicating requirements and flagging issues as they arise.

AI Tools & Automation

  • Use generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, Microsoft Copilot) for research, drafting, and content optimization; craft and refine prompts to improve output quality.
  • Assist in testing and deploying AI agents and low-code automation workflows (e.g., Microsoft Power Automate, Copilot Studio).
  • Explore emerging tools and identify opportunities for productivity gains across team workflows.

Process Improvement

  • Identify inefficiencies in content, data, or workflow processes and propose practical solutions.
  • Contribute to SOPs, training materials, and project documentation for ongoing RFP technology initiatives.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • 0-3 years of experience; internships and project work count.
  • Strong attention to detail and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar).
  • Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and multiple information sources.
  • Proactive communicator - able to manage deadlines and follow up with stakeholders without prompting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with RFP platforms such as Responsive or Loopio.
  • Familiarity with AI agent frameworks or low-code automation tools (Copilot Studio, Power Automate).
  • Basic coding skills in Python or JavaScript - helpful but not required.
  • Background in financial services or asset management.
