Nuovo Artistic Studios is the premier destination for all things self-love. We're looking for a Studio Operations Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who loves solving problems, and wants to gain hands-on experience behind the scenes of a growing creative business. You'll be working directly with our Head of Studio Operations, and you'll help support and optimize the day-to-day operations of our multi-location studios while contributing to projects that have a meaningful impact across the company. 

This Internship will take place from August 31st to December 18th, 2026

What You'll Do: 

  • Work directly with the Head of Studio Operations to support the day-to-day operations of 8 locations across North America
  • Help draft and build our standard operating procedures (SOPs) that will shape how our studios run day to day and improve the consistency and quality of the guest experience 
  • Support procurement initiatives by researching vendors, building supplier relationships, and helping manage our product catalog across locations
  • Assist with inventory management and auditing across our US and Canada studios, ensuring our systems are accurate and up to date 
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of internal tools and operational systems to modernize how our studios operate 
  • Be part of the real-time opening of a brand new studio location and experience firsthand what it takes to launch from the ground up 
  • Conduct research, analyze processes, and contribute to special projects that support the continuous improvement across our studios and collaborate with teams to identify opportunities to enhance both the team and guest experience.

Requirements

About You
  • Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Business, Operations, Hospitality, Psychology, or a related field.
  • A natural problem solver with a can-do attitude, someone who sees a challenge and figures it out rather than waiting to be told how
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to follow up across multiple teams and locations
