Part-Time Sales Cold Caller (Entry-Level / Internship Opportunity)

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM (25 Hours Per Week)

Are you looking to gain valuable sales experience and develop your communication skills? We are seeking a motivated and energetic Part-Time Sales Cold Caller to help generate new business opportunities by contacting construction companies and industry professionals.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in sales, business development, recruiting, or marketing who wants hands-on experience in a professional environment.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to construction companies and potential clients
• Introduce company services and identify hiring needs
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of calls and conversations
• Follow call scripts while adapting to customer responses
• Meet daily call and lead generation goals

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with new people over the phone
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Basic computer skills
• Previous sales, customer service, or phone experience is a plus but not required
