The iridescence of the sequins, modern meets vintage denim, and sophisticated silk silhouettes—each detail elevates a feeling of nostalgia with a fashion forward take on confident and sexy styles.

Retrofete is seeking an eager student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in the digital world of luxury fashion ecommerce. As our Ecomm Intern, you'll get exposure to nearly every side of the business — running quality assurance checks across our sales channels, helping build out our online product catalog with brand-true copy and imagery, and analyzing traffic data to uncover insights that sharpen our merchandising and product placement. The ideal candidate has a genuine passion for fashion and a clear understanding of the Retrofete aesthetic, along with sharp attention to detail, strong multitasking skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Ecomm:

  • Conduct daily quality assurance checks across all sales channels, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our brand's aesthetic and delivers a seamless, elevated user experience.
  • Assist in building out our online product catalog — adding product descriptions with brand-true language, coordinating imagery, tagging product details, etc.
  • Analyze traffic data to uncover insights that sharpen digital merchandising, product placement, and visibility.
  • Support day-to-day store operations, including monitoring inventory and order fulfillment.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to keep our digital presence ahead of trends in luxury fashion and ecommerce.

Customer Service:

  • Assist in resolving customer issues and feedback via our customer service dashboard, aiming to provide a positive shopping experience that aligns with Retrofete’s luxury aesthetic. .

Styling Support:

  • Collaborate with our in-house stylist to assist in VIP customer communication and order set up.

Requirements

  • Must have clear understanding of the Retrofete brand and aesthetic
  • Must have a passion for the Fashion Industry and knowledge of current trends
  • Attention to detail and Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be available at least 3-5 days a week
