About the Program The EDP is a structured twoyear rotational program where participants will spend one year each at our Cudahy and Rancho Cucamonga facilities in Southern California. You'll dive into all aspects of the casting process while gaining exposure to product development, process improvement, dimensional control, and technical analysis. Along the way, you will receive leadership development, mentoring, national benchmarking opportunities, and the chance to make a measurable impact on the parts that keep aircraft flying safely around the world.

What You'll Do Gain multi-site, hands-on experience across diverse engineering functions in the casting process Lead and manage improvement projects focused on quality, defect reduction, and process innovation Implement data-driven manufacturing enhancements using SPC, DOE, and Six Sigma principles Support cross-functional teams across Operations, Quality, and Sales Interact with customers to troubleshoot and resolve engineering and manufacturing challenges Present progress to the EDP Advisory Board and engage closely with plant and divisional leaders Participate in mentorship experiences, leadership training, and national benchmark visits Champion safety and compliance across all engineering activities What You Bring Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering by June 2026 US Person status (Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident) Manufacturing-related internship or co-op experience preferred Familiarity with GD&T and CAD software (SolidWorks experience is a plus) Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment Strong organization and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Internal Candidates: A bachelor's degree in engineering or 6 years of CPP technical/engineering experience may be considered.
