Location & Schedule: This is a full-time, 37.5-hour-per-week position with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. There is no relocation or housing assistance for this position.

This role: As a Social/Sharks, Content Creator Co-op, you will be the primary liaison between our brand and our community of customers, followers, and enthusiasts. We are looking for a fluent French & English speaker for this role. You will be responsible for nurturing relationships, facilitating discussions, and fostering a positive and supportive environment within our online communities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about our brand, highly communicative, and adept at building and maintaining relationships.

Here are some of the exciting things you'll get to do:

  • Create and edit engaging short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram Reels and TikTok.
  • Support the planning, creation, and execution of content across Shark Beauty Canada's social media channels.
  • Edit videos using CapCut while following brand guidelines and social media best practices.
  • Resize and adapt creative assets for multiple social platforms and formats.
  • Stay on top of social media trends, viral moments, and emerging content styles to inspire new creative ideas.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media team on content ideation, campaign execution, and creative brainstorming.
  • Assist with content organization and other day-to-day social media needs as required.
  • Help identify opportunities to optimize content performance and improve future creative.

Key Attributes & Skills:

  • Current student in a bachelor's or master's program, or has graduated within the past year.
  • Must be able to work a full-time, 37.5-hour-per-week position with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
