We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated embryologist to join our Boise, Idaho team as a Regional Manager. This role offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to advanced reproductive technologies while supporting a high standard of laboratory excellence and client service. The successful candidate will play a central role in coordinating laboratory and on-farm activities, ensuring quality control, leading teams, and maintaining strong communication with internal and external stakeholders. This role will require a strong willingness to travel across the Pacific Northwest.
This position is well suited for an experienced embryology professional who values precision, accountability, and continuous improvement, and who is motivated to support both operational performance and team development within a respected organization in the animal genetics industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinate daily in-clinic laboratory operations and on-farm embryo transfer activities
  • Perform technical embryology procedures including oocyte maturation, embryo searching and grading, freezing and thawing, loading, and embryo transfer
  • Maintain laboratory quality control standards, equipment functionality, and adherence to established protocols
  • Organize, document, and communicate embryo information with client services teams and recipient herds
  • Delegate tasks and provide guidance to embryologists, production assistants, and interns
  • Lead and prioritize continuous improvement initiatives and performance metric tracking
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues within standard operating procedures
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with team members, veterinarians, supervisors, and clients
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Biology, or a related field
  • Minimum of two (2) years of embryology experience (experience with Trans Ova Genetics preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently produce accurate, high-quality technical work
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused approach
  • Ability to work extended hours, up to 14 hours per day, during peak seasonal periods (April-June, November-December)
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and sit for extended periods
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle
  • Professional demeanor with a commitment to organizational standards and continuous development
