  • Ensure result integrity through accurate analysis, troubleshooting, and regular maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
  • Support specimen collection processes and prepare samples accurately for testing.
  • Diligently document all procedures, mentor new staff or interns, and contribute to the high standards of lab quality.
  • Uphold a clean, secure work environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation standards.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a related field with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.
Certifications
  • Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) through ASCP or AMT to be achieved within the first year.
  • Maintain certification status throughout your employment.
Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, facilitating effective teamwork with healthcare professionals.
