Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Asset Management Intern to support a cross-functional initiative focused on improving the quality, organization, and usability of our media library in Cloudinary. This role offers hands-on experience in digital asset management, content operations, metadata governance, and AI-ready content organization.

Working closely with the platform owner and product teams, you will help clean, organize, and standardize thousands of digital assets to create a scalable foundation for future content management and AI-driven initiatives.

What You'll Do
  • Audit existing media assets to identify and remove low-quality, duplicate, outdated, or unusable files
  • Support the restructuring of Cloudinary folders, collections, and taxonomy frameworks
  • Apply and standardize metadata, tags, and asset attributes to improve discoverability and governance
  • Assist in developing naming conventions and asset management standards
  • Document best practices for asset uploads, organization, maintenance, and ongoing governance
  • Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure consistency and accuracy across large volumes of content
  • Collaborate with product, content, and platform stakeholders on asset management initiatives
  • Contribute to building a media library that supports future AI and automation use cases
