Performing Arts: We are seeking a fun-loving and energetic individual to join our team as a
Silly Performing Arts Camp Counselor! As a Silly Counselor your main responsibility will be to
ensure that our campers have a blast while learning about various forms of performing arts. Candidates create and implement a 9-week lesson plan that supports performing arts. A background or direct experience in acting, improv, music, and/or dance are desired.
Arts & Crafts: Are you ready to get creative and make some memories? We are looking for an
art instructor for our summer camps, someone who is not afraid to get a little messy and has a sense of humor. Candidates may create and implement a 9-week lesson plan that supports art and crafting. A background or direct experience in 2D, 3D, clay, and painting are desired.
Sports & Games: As a summer day camp sports and games instructor, your mission is to make sure that our campers have a blast while staying active and healthy! Candidates may create and implement a 9-week lesson plan that supports healthy lifestyles and sportsmanship through fun
and interactive games. A background or direct experience in playing team sports or games are desired.
Flyer: looking for a summer job that's more fun than a water balloon fight? Look no further than our summer day camp! We're currently seeking energetic and enthusiastic. Flyer candidates will assist at the Performing Arts, Sports & Games, or Arts & Craft activities, may lead pre-planned activities when another staff is absent, assist the Site Supervisor with other camp activities. Candidates will also supervise small groups of participants on field trips.
Early Morning Drop-Off: Candidates will greet, supervise, and ensure participants are properly checked in each morning. Candidates will guide participants to the correct Camp sites and may assist or substitute at any of the other program areas throughout the day. This assignment works from 7:15 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. each morning, with the occasional need to assist throughout the day.
All-Day Substitute: Candidates assist Summer Camp Assistants, be an extra staff on field trips, or will lead/assist on pre-planned activities when another staff is absent at any of the program areas. Candidates will be placed every day at a Camp site based on where there is a need. This assignment works 8:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. Monday through Friday. Candidate must have reliable transportation to attend every Camp site.
Essential Qualifications- Must be at least 18 years of age. Must possess valid driver license.
- Must have prior youth work experience.
- Must be available to work 9 weeks (Mid-May - Mid August), unless prior arrangements have been approved.
Acceptable Training and ExperienceAll training is provided. Prior experience working with youth or working towards a degree in a youth field is highly preferred.
Employer-sponsored benefits are NOT offered for this position. This is typically because it is a temporary or intern role. Roles with a temporary status do not exceed more than six (6) months in duration.

Summer Camp staff are needed between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, from mid-May to mid-August. There will be a few early evening & Saturday training sessions required. Do you have any conflicts (work, vacation, school) with this timeframe? If so, please explain.
