Job description

Join our team as a Veterinary Receptionist and be the welcoming face of our hospital. In this fast-paced role, you'll provide exceptional client service, schedule appointments, answer phones, maintain accurate medical records, process payments, and support veterinarians and technicians to ensure outstanding patient care. You'll help guide clients through emergency and specialty visits with compassion, professionalism, and clear communication.
  • Greet clients and provide exceptional customer service
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and coordinate emergency patient intake
  • Process payments, deposits, and discuss financial options
  • Maintain accurate medical records and client communications
  • Support patient flow and collaborate with the veterinary team
  • Keep the reception and lobby areas clean and organized
  • Previous veterinary, emergency, or specialty hospital experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and customer service skills
  • Veterinary software experience (Instinct, VIA, or similar) preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 4:00 PM-2:00 AM
