About the Opportunity Join an established and growing aesthetic clinic with consistent new patient demand Build and expand your injectable practice in a structured, high-volume environment Access ongoing training, mentorship, and advanced treatment technologies Work within a collaborative team of experienced medical aesthetic professionals Key Responsibilities Deliver safe, consistent, and results-driven injectable and medical aesthetic treatments Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with clinic protocols and patient goals Conduct consultations, assess patient needs, and set clear expectations for outcomes Recommend complementary treatments including energy-based devices (EBDs) and medical-grade skincare Maintain accurate clinical documentation, treatment photos, and patient progress records Ensure strong patient follow-up, retention, and pre-booking for optimal treatment cadence Provide an exceptional patient experience through professional communication and education Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure smooth scheduling, workflow, and patient flow Stay current with aesthetic techniques, products, and industry best practices Follow all clinical protocols, safety standards, and inventory procedures Requirements Active registration and good standing with the College of Nurses of Alberta (RN or LPN) Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in cosmetic injectables and medical aesthetics Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a clinical aesthetic setting Strong consultation, communication, and patient education skills Client-centered approach with a focus on safety and outcomes Professional, organized, and detail-oriented Strong team collaboration and initiative Existing patient following is considered an asset but not required Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary plus commission Commission paid on billed services after promotional adjustments (no deductions for product costs or overhead) Eligibility for additional performance-based incentive programs Group health benefits Employee treatment and staff discount program Ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development Access to experienced physicians, advanced technologies, and a national clinical network Long-term career growth within one of Canada's largest medical aesthetics organizations
