Job description

DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Collaborate with product team to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Implement and configure ServiceNow HRSD functionalities, including case management, employee self-service portals, and automated workflows. Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with other systems and platforms as needed. Participate in troubleshooting and resolving various technical issues related to ServiceNow HRSD applications/ Custom processes. Develop and implement various solutions for managing employee lifecycle events within ServiceNow. Customize and configure HR service delivery modules to support onboarding, Flexible Work Arrangements, and Managing low performance. Customize and configure journey modules to align with organizational goals and employee needs. Develop strategies for managing lifecycle events, HR services, and employee journeys. Maintain and update ServiceNow HRSD configurations and documentation. Ensure compliance with best practices and standards in ServiceNow development. Provide technical support to team members in resolving various issues.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Software Developer, IT Consultant, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following: ServiceNow platform, including its architecture, components, and capabilities; ServiceNow's scripting languages, including JavaScript and GlideScripts, for customization and automation; configuring and customizing HRSD applications to align with specific business requirements; integrating ServiceNow HRSD with other HR systems and tools, such as Oracle HCM; REST and SOAP APIs for seamless data exchange between systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency; designing intuitive, re-usable and user-friendly interfaces and portals for HR service delivery; HR data within ServiceNow, including data import and export, data transformation, and data quality management; analyzing HR requirements including HR Service Configuration, Life Cycle Events, Journey Configuration, Activities, Notification, and designing and developing scalable solutions; troubleshooting and resolving issues within the HR Service Delivery module, ensuring optimal performance.
