Your Role at Sephora:Ready for a career glow up?

As Retail Training Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering training programs to Sephora and Sephora@Kohl's store teams. The work you do will impact beauty, as you drive lasting behavior change that supports key business initiatives to help the company achieve its business goals. You'll manage and execute consistent, engaging, and effective facilitation across a variety of training methods and channels that's united in beauty, supported by those who are equally passionate about leadership development, coaching, client service, and selling skills.What You'll Do:

Facilitate dynamic in-person training. Support ongoing skill building and development. This includes onsite training, coaching, and feedback both in your local market and traveling to remote markets.

Execute a wide variety of virtual instructor-led trainings. Cover various topics, catering to a full range of audience types, including different positions and varying experience and skill levels.

Hold recurring planning meetings. Meet with Sephora and Sephora@Kohl's District Managers to discuss and align on a training strategy tailored to the specific needs of each market. Provide market-themed feedback and insights to inform and influence future visit strategy.

Provide solution-based feedback. Work with retail business partners to address training needs and gaps in support of continuous improvement and ROI for all training programs.

Manage and monitor administrative responsibilities. Manage schedules, travel, expenses, and budgets while reviewing company communications, cross-functional metrics, and business updates to understand how training efforts impact team performance. Stay current on store communications, Daily Doses, initiatives, and rollouts to deliver relevant, impactful, and up-to-date training experiences.

Travel & Store Visits. This role requires frequent travel, averaging up to 75% depending on business needs, training schedules, and seasonal priorities. Travel may include airplane flights, personal and/or rental car trips, out-of-town, overnight, weekend, extended stays, and extended hours. 

What You'll Bring:Leadership Experience. 3 years of exempt level store leadership experience or higher (e.g., Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager or above). Cosmetic industry experience preferred but not required.

Facilitation & Coaching Skills. Proven ability to facilitate learning experiences and engage diverse audiences, including leadership teams and large group settings. Strong facilitation and coaching skills are required.

Collaboration & Partnerships. Proven ability to collaborate and leverage strong partnerships at all levels in and outside of the organization.

Planning & Project Management. Demonstrates proven ability to effectively plan and align, manage multiple projects, and logistics simultaneously.

Communication & Command Skills. Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, communication and command skills and understanding of how people learn.

Learning Impact. Ability to connect learning outcomes and behavior change to business objectives and field performance.

What You'll Get: 

The annual base salary range for this position is $99,025.00 - $110,675.00. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant's qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.This job will be posted for a minimum of five days.
