About the role

What you will do

  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of various treatment protocols,waxingand skin assessments.

  • Setup andmaintainSpa including refreshments in pre-treatment and treatment areas.

  • Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism; accommodate special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints;assistcustomers in all inquiries in connection with Spa services.

  • Assistguests to their appointments as they relate to Spa services.

  • Ensure an adequate supply of all guest supplies and amenities within the treatment room and lounges and ensure immaculate presentation of these items.

  • Ensure treatment rooms are fully stocked with linen and supplies at all times.

  • Maintain clean work areas in Spa Dispensary and Staff Room.

  • Appropriatelyutilizereservation systems, maintenance records, and Guest Experiencedatabaseas vehicles of communication to ensure guest satisfaction with all services provided.

  • Adhere to Four Seasons standards and treatment sequences of service.

  • Properly prepare,operate, and clean/sanitize all equipment in the treatment rooms and Spa areas.

  • Ensure complianceofdaily and opening/closing checklists by walking and ensuring all areas of treatment rooms are wellmaintained, stocked, and cleaned to ensurehigh qualitypresentation and repair of all equipment.

  • Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

  • This position is physical by nature and requires candidates to meetall ofthe essential functions of this position.

What you bring

  • HighSchool diploma

  • Possess a current Esthetician license from the MN Board of Cosmetology; Advance Practice license preferred

  • Minimum two years of experience in a similarhigh-volumespa/health club operation, preferably within hospitality/hotel environment

  • Retail sales experience preferred
