YOUR TASKS
  • You're a great host ensuring your guests enjoy a safe and memorable stay

  • You are in charge of the well-being of our guests from check-in to check-out

  • Besides for our guests, you're also the first point of contact for all other visitors like suppliers and external technicians

  • You respond to our guests' questions and inquiries and know how to direct them to major sights, local attractions and activities

  • You take care of operational and administrative tasks like invoicing, answering e-mails and online requests, upselling, responding to online reviews and much more

  • You enjoy a diverse, international work environment while we take care of an inclusive one

  • You're flexible and understand working on all days of the week, sometimes early / sometimes late and nightshifts, during weekends and on public holidays comes with the job

  • Last but not least; you're a great colleague, not afraid to jump in to support other departments every now and then

  • You possess initial experience and are passionate about hospitality

  • You possess an outgoing personality and enjoy working in a bustling dynamic environment, performing a variety of tasks

  • You are a people person, you like helping others and creating unforgettable experience for our guests

  • You have good knowledge of a front office system (e.g. ASSD, Fidelio, SIHOT)

  • You are fluent in English and any other languages are an advantage
