Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Reading temp probes
  • Use of an infrared camera
  • Follow SOP reviewed by the manager
  • Report anything that is a concern
  • Check bale warehouses every hour
  • Review any issues with the next shift
  • Check the grounds for security purposes
  • Performs other related duties as directed.

Requirements
Experience, Education, and Licensure/Certification Requirements:
  • Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
  • At least 2 years of warehouse experience is required.

Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Ability to work overtime as required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistently meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, loud, and labor-intensive environment in variable temperatures (from outdoor heat to indoor refrigerated coolers).
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Must have the ability to move around the warehouse.
  • Must have visual acuity (ability to see well and close up) to visually sort hops.

Salary Description
$17.75/hr.
