Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse
Service Location: Scranton, Pa; and surrounding areas
Shift: Weekday and weekend shifts, full-time and part-time schedules available!
Rate: $27-$32 per hour
Immediate Need:
Scranton, PA:
Weekends 7am to 7:30pm
Weekends, Day-Shift
School hours, Monday through Friday, Spanish speaking, 7:30am to 3:30pm NEIU
AND
Monday through Friday 5:00pm to 10pm (Friday 7am to 5pm offered), Saturday and Sundays 8:00am to 9:00pm

We're currently seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team! Responsibilities:

• One to One patient care in home/school environment
• Implement and document the plan of care to ensure quality and continuity of care for patient
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies
• Patient assessments; coordination of care
• Reports any changes in the client condition to Clinical Manager and physician
• Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members

Available Nursing Shifts:

• Morning, evening or overnight
• 8's, 10's, or 12's (full shift work)
• PRN, Part-Time, or Full-Time

Locations served:

• Scranton, PA and surrounding areas
