Job Description & RequirementsSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Location: Raleigh, NC
Contract: 13 weeks
Pay: $47–$52/hour
Seeking an experienced Home Health RN to provide skilled nursing care through multiple patient visits per day. The RN will assess patients, manage Plans of Care, provide skilled treatments, educate patients/families, and coordinate care with the healthcare team.
ResponsibilitiesPreferred: BSN, CHPN, and hospice experience.
Note: This is a visit-based position, not an 8-hour shift with one patient. The RN will see multiple patients throughout the day
