Job description

With beautifully-plated dishes, experiential cocktails being served in smoking lanterns, delectable desserts, and the famous red and blue kitchen, Chef Ramsay brings the energy of Hell’s Kitchen to Washington D.C.  Our two-story waterfront restaurant sits in The Wharf with beautiful views overlooking the Potomac River serving iconic Chef Ramsay dishes like Beef Wellington, Pan-Seared Scallops, Lobster Risotto, and one of Chef Ramsay’s personal favorites, Sticky Toffee Pudding. 


The line cook must have:

  • The motivation and skill to represent the Gordon Ramsay Brand and its world class hospitality standards
  • Ability to build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere
  • A strong personality, with confidence and enthusiasm 
  • Safety and sanitation knowledge
  • Maintain current knowledge of menu items 
  • Ability to multitask in a high volume environment
  • Prior experience
