Deine Aufgaben
Bei C&A lernst Du alle Facetten des Handels von der Pike auf kennen. Schritt für Schritt eignest Du Dir Fachwissen über Warenpräsentation, Warenbestellung und Kundenberatung an und wendest dieses täglich praktisch an. Du bietest unseren Kunden jederzeit einen guten Service und übernimmst Verantwortung für die Kassenabwicklung sowie Bearbeitung von Umtauschen und Reklamationen.
Während Deiner Ausbildung durchläufst Du alle zentralen Bereiche im Store, arbeitest eng mit weiteren Lehrlingen zusammen und unterstützt die Mitarbeiter und Store Leader aktiv in den täglichen Arbeitsabläufen. Von einem Ausbildungsverantwortlichen, der Deine Ausbildung begleitet, erhältst Du in regelmäßigen Abständen Feedback, damit Du jederzeit weißt, wo Du gerade stehst.

• Positiver Schulabschluss
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse
• Offenheit und Freundlichkeit im Umgang mit Kunden: Du stehst Menschen gerne mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.
• Modeaffinität, ausgeprägtes Interesse am Textil - /Einzelhandel
• Belastbarer und zuverlässiger Teamplayer, der aber auch gerne selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich handelt
• Erste praktische Erfahrung im Textil- und Einzelhandel, zum Beispiel durch Schulpraktikum oder Aushilfsjob, ist von Vorteil aber keine Bedingung.
• Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office
