The Opportunity

Ambank Company is looking for a driven, detail-oriented, creative individual to support both marketing and administrative functions across the organization. The Marketing & Administrative Coordinator will play an important role in helping bring Ambanks brand, events, community involvement, and internal initiatives to life. This position will assist with day-to-day marketing needs, coordinate company and community events and provide administrative support to the Ambank President.


Count On To:

  • Help plan, organize, execute, and attend company events, including employee outings, appreciation events, community events, and other bank-sponsored events
  • Support the Marketing team with administrative tasks, invoices, vendor communication, promotional materials, and branch requests
  • Organize volunteer opportunities and serve on the A-Team committee
  • Create, update, and manage internal and external signage to help ensure consistent, timely, and professional communication across locations
  • Serve as a backup to the rest of the marketing team, helping with donations, clubs, and graphic design needs
  • Coordinate the organization and distribution of promotional items and print materials to all branches
  • Provide professional and organized administrative support to the Ambank President, including coordinating meetings and managing details
  • Assist with other administrative and marketing duties as assigned


Knowledge And Skills:

  • Associates degree in relevant field or two-years experience in similar role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Friendly, professional, and service-minded approach when working with employees, customers, vendors, and community members
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a collaborative team
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and use good judgement
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, and willingness to learn marketing systems used by the department
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and a desire to support a professional, fun, and community-focused environment
