As a Junior Technical Analyst, you'll transform raw data into actionable insights using industry-standard tools like Tableau and Excel. You'll develop dashboards, maintain scorecards, and support strategic reporting initiatives that directly impact leadership decision-making across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain analytics dashboards tracking operational performance across business areas using Tableau and Excel
- Deliver recurring reports including weekly Wealth Operations performance metrics and quarterly Client Scorecards
- Build ad hoc analytics solutions for diverse needs-from workforce forecasting to bot performance tracking
- Support compliance initiatives through Excel and Power Query development
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine reports and ensure business alignment
- Optimize processes by identifying and implementing continuous improvements
- As this position is posted in several locations, we specify that bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is requiredfor Quebec onlyas the position reports to a unilingual English-speaking manager outside Quebec.
