Location:100 Havana St, Aurora, CO 80010

Work Schedule: Monday through Saturday with one day off during the week (closed on Sunday)

Full Time Pay Range: $55,000 - $150,000 per year

Pay Type: Draw + Commissions, after 60-day paid training

A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required for operating vehicles as driving is part of job duties.

What you will do:

  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and referrals

  • Obtain expert product knowledge and confidently describe or demonstrate vehicle technology, features, and accessories

  • Identify and understand the customer's needs, preferences, and budget, and assist them in their selection by providing vehicle options that meet their needs

  • Promote vehicle protection plans such as GAP, service, dent, or windshield

  • Lead the sales finance process with each customer

  • Partner with the Finance team on customer financing options based on their credit, budget, down payment, and trade-in values

  • Use the Client Relationship Management system to manage customer relationships and interactions, schedule appointments, and respond to Internet leads

What we are looking for:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Experience in product or retail sales preferred

  • Competitive drive

  • A heart for customer care and demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service

  • Availability to work retail hours including Saturdays and holidays

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Valid Driver's License

  • Clean driving record with minimal accidents, points or moving violations

  • Able to use/learn to use: CRM database, Google Suite and other automotive software products as required
