What You'll Do

As our Growth & Partnerships Lead, you'll help create momentum across our sales and marketing efforts by:

Build New Business Opportunities
  • Research and identify prospective clients and strategic partners
  • Generate qualified sales opportunities through personalized outreach
  • Build relationships with corporate leaders, HR professionals, and association partners
  • Support business development initiatives that fuel long-term growth
Manage & Advance the Sales Pipeline
  • Keep opportunities organized and moving forward
  • Track follow-ups and next steps within the CRM
  • Ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks
  • Help create a predictable, healthy sales pipeline
Strengthen Strategic Partnerships
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for bureau partners and referral relationships
  • Maintain consistent communication and follow-up
  • Keep partner relationships engaged and informed
Support Marketing & Brand Growth
  • Create compelling proposals, presentations, and sales materials
  • Assist with marketing campaigns and content creation
  • Edit short-form videos and digital content
  • Help maintain a polished, professional brand presence across all client touchpoints
Coordinate Sales Execution
  • Schedule meetings and prepare sales materials
  • Capture meeting notes and action items
  • Support contract preparation and client onboarding
  • Ensure smooth handoffs to the Client Success team

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $65,000-$75,000

  • Annual Company Bonus: $2,000-$10,000
