Founded in 1916, it is home to an inclusive community that enjoys superior golf and engaging social activities.Minneapolis Golf Club is hiring a Human Resources Coordinator  to originate and lead Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. The Human Resources Coordinator coordinates the implementation of services, policies, and programs, through the Controller; reports to the Controller, and assists and advises MGC managers about Human Resources issues.The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for the following:Manages employee onboarding/offboarding processEmployment and compliance, regulatory concerns and reportingEmployee orientation, development, and trainingPolicy development and documentationEmployee relationsCompany employee communicationBenefits and Medical administration and reconciliationManage employee safety, welfare, wellness and health programsManage LOA processes and documentation and communicationHRIS systems implementation and maintenance of benefit databasesLeads talent acquisition initiatives and recruitingRegular updates to employee handbook with aid of legal councilDirects and administers team programs and activitiesAssists in managing and resolving complex employee relations issues.
