The Opportunity

In this role, you own the leasing process end to end, turning interest into signed leases through strong tours, clear communication, and consistent follow-up. You position the community as a lifestyle choice by understanding what matters to each prospect and guiding them to a confident decision.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Build trust with prospects and residents by listening, anticipating needs, and delivering solutions
  • Convert leads to tours and tours to leases through consistent follow-up and value-driven communication

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School degree or equivalent

  • Must obtain The Fair Housing Certification within 30 days of hire or prior to interacting with prospective residents
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule; including evenings and weekends
  • Successfully pass a drug screen
  • Valid Driver's License
