At Resort Lifestyle Communities (RLC)- Glen Meadows Retirement, we are seeking a proven relationship‑driven, consultative sales individual who knows how to fill communities, build urgency, and consistently drive occupancy to 95–100%+.

If you have a track record of high-volume move-ins, strong closing ratios, and measurable occupancy growth in relationship‑driven, consultative sales, this is your opportunity to support a thriving Independent Living community and make a meaningful impact.

This position is focused on:
  • Occupancy growth
  • Lead conversion

You will be expected to generate results, not just activity.
What You’ll Do
Drive Occupancy Growth
  • Execute a sales and marketing plan to achieve and sustain full occupancy (95–100%+)
  • Maintain daily outbound prospecting (50+ calls/day when needed)
  • Convert leads quickly through effective follow-up, urgency, and closing strategies
  • Manage pipeline in CRM with accurate, timely documentation
Close Move-Ins Consistently
  • Conduct high-impact tours that lead to decisions, not just visits
  • Identify objections and confidently overcome them
  • Secure signed leases, deposits, and completed move-in documentation
Build High-Quality Lead Generation
  • Develop referral networks with:
    • Senior living influencers
    • Community partners
    • Key decision makers
Execute events, outreach, and networking strategies that generate applicable leads
Operate Like a Sales Leader
  • Own your numbers: conversion ratios, occupancy %, and move-ins
  • Partner with leadership to adjust strategy and drive results
  • Deliver consistent reporting on KPIs and sales performance

This role is NOT a fit for candidates without experience in relationship‑driven, consultative sales.

    • 2+ years of proven relationship‑driven, consultative sales.
