Field Sales Representative (Provided Leads + Local Canvassing)

Position Overview

We’re hiring motivated field sales representatives to run qualified, provided leads while also generating additional opportunities through targeted neighborhood canvassing around active job sites.

This role is designed for reps who want consistent opportunities without relying entirely on door knocking, while still having the ability to increase their income through additional effort.

What You’ll Do

  • Run qualified appointments provided by the company
  • Perform roof & exterior inspections (training provided)
  • Educate homeowners on roofing, siding, and exterior solutions
  • Present pricing and options clearly and professionally
  • Close deals and secure signed agreements
  • Canvass homes surrounding active job sites
  • Generate referrals and additional opportunities in warm areas
  • Maintain follow-up and pipeline

What We’re Looking For

  • Sales experience preferred (home improvement experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and reliable
  • Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face
  • Coachable and able to follow a proven system
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
