Who are we hiring?
Deploy and supervise Sphere Box Office Ticket Seller staff on all aspects of ticket sales and customer service, ensuring a pleasant experience for guests of the venue.
What will you do?
  • Supervise Box Office Ticket Seller staff by assigning locations, managing breaks and meal periods, and reassigning staff as needed.
  • Assist with reconciliation of the vault. Perform safe counts, prepare bank deposit, coordinate with armored courier.
  • Analyze work to be performed, direct staff to perform ticket activities.
  • Verify and reconcile daily ticket sales activity for each area within the box office.
  • Provide sales numbers and remaining inventory to internal departments and external promoters.
  • Review work progress, monitor activity and compliance of procedures.
  • Respond to customer inquiries as needed.
  • Review upcoming events in ticket system, checking holds and releases.
  • Prepare event settlement reports, and all end of day reports in support of all ticket activity.
  • Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.
  • Supervision of Ticket Sellers

What do you need to succeed?
  • The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2-4 years Box Office experience.
  • Must have experience managing staff.
  • Must have knowledge of Ticketmaster Host, ARCHTICS, TM Entry and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Will have basic accounting skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication and be skilled at working collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment.

Special Requirements
  • Ability to walk/stand for the duration of the shift.
  • May be exposed to theatrical smoke, strobe lights, pyrotechnics, intense sound, rapid motion video effects, smoke, and odors
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
