  • Set up and manage debug systems for DOE and error replication
  • Provide technical consultation and support to customer-facing teams
  • Coach and mentor engineers early in their careers

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Electronics, Computer, Systems Engineering, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in product, system, validation, or quality engineering
  • Hands-on experience with electrical debugging tools (oscilloscopes, multimeters, bus analyzers) and hardware repair or rework
  • Strong expertise in electrical failure analysis down to board and component level
  • Deep understanding of signal integrity, power delivery, and component-level failure mechanisms in high-speed storage (SSD/NAND systems)
  • Ability to interpret schematics and perform board-level analysis, supported by strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the storage industry and customer-facing technical roles
  • Familiarity with PCIe, SATA, and bus tracing tools for system debugging
