We are excited to welcome our first baby and are seeking a trusted, long-term partner to accompany us on this journey.
A bit about you:
You are proactive, organized, and confident in your infant expertise. You enjoy taking ownership of your role and staying one step ahead. You are warm, playful, and comfortable being silly and engaging with a baby. You are patient, punctual, and communicative. Ideally, you have previous experience where both parents worked long hours outside the home and can offer flexibility when needed.
Job Duties: Provide full-time care for an infant beginning at approximately 6 weeks old, along with household management duties. Specifically, duties include supporting feeding routines, developmental milestones, soothing and managing nap routines, enrichment activities/classes, outdoor time, ensure safety with attentive care, drive to daycare (in the future), and appointments, manage children’s laundry and maintain tidy child-related spaces, handle grocery shopping and pantry restocking, simple meal prep, dishes and maintain cleanliness of kitchen after meal prep, wash bottles and pump parts as needed, provide sleep training, potty-training (in the future), take initiative in supporting household flow and organization, and communicate openly with parents.

Qualifications: 2 years minimum of professional nanny experience with infants and toddlers, prior long-term nanny position, solid understanding of age-appropriate milestones and child development, flexible to work additional hours with prior communication, available Mon-Fri from 8a-6p, infant CPR certification, valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle, comfortable driving child to activities and appointments in personal vehicle (car seat provided), okay to work in a home with a cat, willing to work when child is mildly ill, and excellent professional references.

• Background in Child Development
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Enjoy cooking and healthy meal prepping
• Musical interests and willingness to expose the baby to music early on
• Strong household management skills
Schedule: Monday–Friday (8 AM – 6 PM)
                  Starting September 1, 2026!
Pay: $25-$30 an hour
