CareGivers Home Care is seeking a positive and proactive Business Systems & Compliance Specialist to join the corporate office of our licensed home care agency.
Job Location: Tonawanda NY
Employment Status: Full-Time, In-Office Position
Rate: $25 - $30/hour
OVERVIEW:
The Business Systems & Compliance Specialist supports the organization's ERP business applications, employee training, corporate compliance activities, and general administrative functions.
This position will develop strong knowledge of the company's ERP application and business processes and serve as a resource for employees who need training or assistance using company systems. The role will also provide general IT help desk support and will assist with corporate compliance, accounts payable, and other administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop expertise in the company's IBM i/ AS400 ERP and other business applications.
• Train new and existing employees on ERP applications, business processes, and company technology.
• Create and maintain training materials, procedures, and user documentation.
• Provide application troubleshooting and general IT help desk support.
• Assist with employee technology onboarding and system access.
• Work with the Director of Information Systems to identify training needs and improve the user of business applications.
• Assist with testing and implementation of application changes and enhancements.
• Support corporate compliance activities, documentation, reporting, and record keeping.
• Assist with accounts payable, including invoice processing, vendor documentation, and related administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn complex business applications, and processes.
• Comfortable training and supporting employees with varying levels of technical experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• General knowledge of LAN/WAN computer networks, Microsoft 365, and business applications.
• Previous experience with ERP applications, software training, help desk support, compliance, or business administration is preferred.
• Previous experience in home health care is preferred.
