THE ROLE

The Magnum Ice Cream Company (TMICC) is seeking an Innovation Brand Manager to lead growth across the Club channel and new ice cream formats for in-home retail, across iconic brands such as Popsicle, Klondike, Good Humor, Magnum, Talenti, and Yasso. This role is responsible for building and delivering a consumer-led innovation agenda that accelerates TMICC share in Club and unlocks incremental retail growth through new formats. The position requires end-to-end ownership-from strategy and pipeline development through to commercialization, cross-functionally to deliver strong business results.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Innovation Funnel Development:

Club channel is $1B in sales with TMICC having 4% share, this role will focus on growing share and bringing the Club scope to $50MM of incremental sales through the years.

Lead the end-to-end innovation strategy and execution for the Club channel

Develop insight-driven propositions, including pack-price architecture and format strategies tailored to Club customers

Build and manage a robust innovation pipeline to drive incremental growth and market share, tailored for the Club customer and consumer.

Partner with Sales and Category teams to ensure strong customer alignment and execution

New Formats Development (In-Home Retail):

Identify and develop net-new ice cream formats to unlock incremental consumer demand

Build scalable cross-brand innovation platforms across the TMICC portfolio

Lead projects from concept through commercialization, ensuring viability and impact

Idea Generation:

Identify and develop new consumer-centric product ideas for both Club Channels and new format development

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new ideas to life, from concept to commercialization.

Consumer Insights:

Conduct qualitative and quantitative consumer research to understand triggers and barriers within the club and in home channels

Lead consumer learning initiatives to gather insights and assess the potential of new ideas.

Utilize consumer demographic data to identify opportunities and develop an optimal new product mix.

Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer preferences to inform innovation strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, R&D, supply chain, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of innovation projects.

Partner with procurement and supply chain teams to manage capacity, identify contract manufacturers, and pursue import opportunities where relevant.

Drive alignment, structure, and pace across complex initiatives to ensure delivery excellence

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong understanding of market trends, consumer insights, and category dynamics.

Experience in Club channel and/or pack-price architecture preferred

Proven track record of leading innovation from concept to launch

Strong analytical, strategic, and project management skills

Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $103,000 to$154,400.The Magnum Ice Cream Company (TMICC)takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.

Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
