Job description:
As a Party Sales Specialist, your primary responsibility will be selling group visits to KidZania, specifically birthday parties, family events, and corporate events. We are looking for a high-energy, self-motivated individual to own the Birthday Parties and Corporate Events pipeline at KidZania Dallas. This is a performance-driven role: the more you sell, the more you earn. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle: from first contact to confirmed booking.
The right candidate thrives on outbound outreach, builds strong relationships with families and organizations, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience from the first call through event day.
Responsibilities:
  • Own the full party sales pipeline: pitch, follow up, and close.
  • Conduct outbound calls and emails.
  • Respond promptly to all inbound party inquiries.
  • Schedule and lead site tours and consultations with potential clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with repeat customers.
  • Log all client interactions accurately in the CRM system (same day).
  • Collaborate with the events and operations team to ensure seamless handoffs from sale to event execution.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets; track personal KPIs and report weekly progress.
  • Represent KidZania at community events, fairs, and local marketing activations as needed.
Job Type:
Full-time 9am-5pm (40 hours/week; 5 weekdays)
Salary + Commission Structure
Required Skills:
  • Minimum 1 year of B2C sales experience with a proven track record of closing.
  • Experience with event upselling (add-ons, packages, F amp;B).
  • Experience using CRM systems is preferred.
  • Experience in entertainment, hospitality, events, or children’s services strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (warm, confident, and persuasive on the phone).
  • Self-starter mentality with high energy and resilience to rejection.
  • Comfortable with commission-based compensation, motivated by unlimited earning potential.
  • Excellent customer service
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
  • Strong sense of self-discipline with time management and task prioritization.
To Be Successful in This Role:
This position requires prior experience in sales. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of outbound sales, generating new business, managing client relationships, and working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
