$31 - $36 per hour - depending on experience

Are you a licensed Journeyman Plumber ready to earn top pay while building toward your Master license and stepping into leadership?

Danco Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing is hiring a Journeyman Service Plumber who wants more than just another service role. This is a hands-on position with a clear, supported path to run your own plumbing department and grow into a Master Plumber.

Schedule Monday - Friday, full-time (Overtime as needed - we keep it fair and predictable)

What You'll Do

  • Perform residential plumbing service, maintenance, repairs, and installations
  • Diagnose and fix plumbing systems and fixtures to the highest standards
  • Read blueprints and ensure all work meets local codes and safety requirements
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences on every job
  • Help shape processes and standards as our plumbing department grows
  • Work independently while being fully supported by a team that has your back

What You Need

  • Active Texas Journeyman Plumbing License
  • 5+ years of hands-on plumbing experience
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to read blueprints and understand code requirements
  • Willingness to work in all weather conditions
  • Desire to grow into a Master Plumber and leadership role
