CIMCO Refrigeration is looking for a fulltime CSA Administrator.
The CSA Administrator will be responsible for the management and tracking of service contracts which involves accurate coordination between departments and field workers to ensure excellent execution of customer service agreement obligations.

Job Responsibilities
• Daily and weekly tracking of service contract proposals using SAP and Excel
• Ensuring that the scope of work in the service contracts are tracked and planned properly to fulfill the contract obligations
• Creating and maintaining APSM
• Tracking and following up on testing processes (such as calibration certificates, oil samples and vibration analysis)
• Recording and generating monthly reports within the department and to the customers
• Creating job numbers for CSA's Monthly
• Supporting the Industrial / Commercial teams with contract obligations
• Verifying hours and closing out jobs after completion
Qualifications
• High school education required; post-secondary education preferred
• Efficient and accurate data entry skills
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems
• Detail-oriented
• Highly organized with strong attention to billing accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to navigate changing business demands
