Job Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Organizer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients create organized, functional, and aesthetically pleasing spaces. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, developing customized organizing plans, and implementing effective solutions to declutter and organize various spaces. This position includes decluttering one-on-one with clients, conducting walkthroughs, managing expectations, managing assistant organizers, client communication, and ensuring projects are completed to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities Client Consultation Conduct initial consultations to assess client needs and preferences Evaluate the current state of client spaces and identify areas for improvement Develop customized organizing plans tailored to each client\'s goals Decluttering and Organizing Assist clients in sorting through belongings to determine what to keep, donate, or discard Implement organizing solutions, including arranging, labeling, categorizing, and color-coding items Create and optimize storage solutions to maximize space and efficiency Light cleaning and post-project cleanup Coaching and Support Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the decluttering and organizing process Educate clients on maintaining an organized space and offer practical tips for long-term success Foster a positive and encouraging environment to help clients achieve their organizing goals Project Management Develop project timelines and ensure timely completion of tasks Coordinate with other team members or external vendors as needed Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project progress, and outcomes Marketing and Business Development Promote services to potential clients through various marketing channels Attend networking events and build relationships with potential referral sources Contribute to social media content and other marketing initiatives Qualifications 1-2 years working in a similar position (home organizing, closet design, etc.) Flexible, day-time availability Compassionate, non-judgmental, upbeat, and positive attitude Honest , trustworthy , reliable , and punctual Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills Have a clean, professional appearance and attitude Love diving into big messes and taking care of small, tedious tasks Excellent at organizing, folding, filing, color coding, and labeling Experience packing a home Have an eye for style, design, and function in the home Aren't afraid to get their hands a little dirty!
