In this role, you will be the first point of contact for homeowners looking to transform their bathrooms. Your mission is simple: engage attendees, educate them on our "Five Star" transformation process, and schedule free in-home design consultations for our sales team. No high-pressure selling is requiredyour goal is to spark interest and set the appointment.
Compensation is $20/hour + success bonuses

- Appointment Setting: Use our digital scheduling tools to book free, in-home estimates for interested homeowners.
- Product Knowledge: Clearly explain the benefits of Five Star Bath Solutions, including our high-quality materials, 1-2 day installations, and lifetime warranties.
- Booth Maintenance: Assist with the setup and teardown of the display booth, including pop-up banners, floor samples, and marketing collateral.
- Brand Representation: Maintain a professional, "Five Star" appearance and attitude at all times.
- Personality Plus: You are a "people person" who finds it easy to talk to anyone.
- High Energy: You can stay upbeat and engaged for a full 6-8 hour shift on your feet.
- Reliability: Trade shows have strict schedules; punctuality is a must.
- Communication: Strong verbal skills and the ability to handle objections with a smile.
- Transportation: Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation to travel to various event venues.
