Job description

About Blitzy
Blitzy is an AI software development platform on a mission to revolutionize the software development life cycle by autonomously building custom software to unlock the next industrial revolution. We're transforming how enterprises build software, turning enterprise requirements into production-ready code with an agentic software development platform that can autonomously execute 80% of the quantum of software development work. We're backed by tier 1 investors and built by repeat founders with a track record of scaling successful companies.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled, hands-on Product Marketing Manager to bring Blitzy's product, customer, and category stories to market.
You will develop product messaging and execute content, campaigns, launches, customer stories, and sales enablement programs across the buyer journey. You will translate complex technical capabilities into clear, differentiated narratives-and understand how to distribute those narratives across the right channels to reach engineers, CTOs, CIOs, and other enterprise decision-makers.
This is a writing- and execution-intensive role. You should be equally comfortable developing a core story, adapting it for different audiences and channels, and measuring which formats and distribution strategies drive engagement and pipeline.
What You Will Own
  • Create high-impact content, including white papers, customer stories, solution briefs, blogs, webinars, and presentations.
  • Develop product messaging and translate new capabilities into differentiated, buyer-relevant narratives.
  • Build distribution plans that match each audience, asset, and funnel stage to the right owned, earned, paid, partner, and sales channels.
  • Turn core content into channel-specific assets across web, email, social, paid media, webinars, events, and sales outreach.
  • Execute product launches across web, email, social, sales enablement, and campaign channels.
  • Develop landing pages, ad copy, email campaigns, nurture sequences, pitch decks, one-pagers, and competitive materials.
  • Measure engagement, conversion, pipeline influence, and sales adoption by channel to improve performance.

What Success Looks Like
Within your first six months, you will have:
  • Shipped high-quality content across multiple formats and funnel stages.
  • Executed product launches with coordinated messaging and campaign assets.
  • Published customer stories with clear, credible business results.
  • Improved the consistency and effectiveness of website, campaign, and sales copy.
  • Built trusted relationships across product, engineering, sales, and demand generation.
  • Established a reliable process for moving projects from brief to publication.
  • Demonstrated measurable contribution to engagement, pipeline, sales velocity, or product adoption.
Required Experience
  • 4+ years of product marketing, content marketing, or technical marketing experience in B2B technology.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills across long-form, web, campaign, and sales content.
  • Demonstrated ability to explain technical products to engineering and executive audiences.
  • Experience executing product launches and integrated go-to-market campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of content distribution, audience-channel fit, and cross-channel campaign execution.
  • Experience using performance data to optimize content formats, distribution, and conversion.
  • Experience creating customer stories that connect technical results to business value.
  • Strong project-management and stakeholder-collaboration skills.
  • A portfolio demonstrating relevant writing, launches, campaigns, or customer marketing.
Preferred Experience
  • Familiarity with the enterprise software development lifecycle or product development lifecycle.
  • Experience marketing AI, developer tools, software modernization, cloud infrastructure, or cybersecurity products.
  • Understanding of enterprise buying committees and regulated industries.
  • Experience working with designers, video producers, agencies, and freelance contributors.
  • Familiarity with web analytics, CRM, marketing automation, and content-performance tools.
  • Bonus: Hands-on experience with image and video creation tools, including AI-assisted creative platforms, to produce and adapt campaign assets quickly.

Who You Are
  • A strong storyteller: You find the clear narrative inside complex technical material.
  • Hands-on: You write, edit, and ship the work-not just manage the process.
  • Technically curious: You ask enough questions to understand how the product actually works.
  • Outcome-oriented: You connect every asset to a buyer, business objective, and next action.
  • Resourceful: You can move from an imperfect brief to a polished deliverable.
  • Collaborative: You build productive relationships across technical and commercial teams.
  • Fast and precise: You work with urgency without sacrificing accuracy or quality.
