Fortreum is a trusted leader in cloud and cybersecurity services, ranked among the Top 5 FedRAMP Third Party Assessment Organizations (3PAO). With the addition of Kovr.AI, we have expanded our capabilities to include advanced cyber risk quantification and analytics, enabling organizations to better understand, measure, and communicate risk. Our comprehensive service portfolio spans regulatory compliance frameworks including FedRAMP, CMMC, FISMA, SOC, PCI, ISO, and HIPAA.

Working with Fortune 500 companies and leading cloud service providers, we’ve built our reputation on service-delivery excellence and an unwavering commitment to client success. Our continued rapid growth creates exceptional opportunities for driven professionals to make their mark in the cybersecurity industry—guided by our core values: quality above all, a customer-driven mindset, autonomy, and personal accountability.

The Opportunity

The Graphic & Video Designer, AI-Enabled Creative is a mid-level individual contributor on the Marketing team reporting to marketing leadership. You will produce a high volume of design and video work across digital, print, social, sales, and event channels while engineering AI-driven workflows that compress turnaround times from days to hours. You will be equally comfortable hand-crafting a polished investor-ready piece and orchestrating a generative pipeline to produce fifty social variants before lunch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Video at Pace

    • Design across mediums: decks, one-pagers, white-paper layouts, infographics, social graphics, web banners, event collateral, email templates, and internal communications.

    • Produce short & long-form video: thought leadership deep dives, explainer animations, motion graphics, social cut-downs, customer-story edits, recruiting reels, and conference loops.

    • Own sales-enablement creative: pitch decks, capability statements, proposal graphics, and bid-response visuals that move opportunities forward.

    • Turn complex technical concepts into visuals a non-technical buyer can grasp in seconds.

  • Build AI Into the Creative Workflow

    • Design and operate AI-assisted production pipelines for image generation, video generation, voice-over, captioning, asset variation, and templated localization.

    • Develop and maintain prompt libraries, model presets, and brand-guarded templates so AI output stays on-brand without manual rework.

    • Prototype rapidly with available and emerging AI-powered creative and content production tools.

    • Identify and automate repetitive tasks so time is reserved for craft and strategy.

    • Stay current on AI capability and risk and apply responsible-use guardrails appropriate for a cybersecurity company.

  • Support a Growing Environment

    • Onboard acquired companies into the Fortreum brand system: rebrand legacy assets, harmonize templates, and produce launch collateral on tight integration timelines.

    • Build scalable design systems and template kits in Figma, PowerPoint, and Adobe to produce on-brand work.

    • Partner with corporate development and leadership on announcement assets, investor materials, and integration communications under confidentiality.

  • Collaborate Across the Business

    • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Delivery, People Ops, and Executive teams to translate business goals into visual outputs.

    • Collaborate with Content Strategist for cohesive results.

    • Manage external contractors and freelance specialists when scope or specialization requires it.

    • Track and report on creative throughput, turnaround, and the productivity lift delivered by AI-enabled workflows.

Basic Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design and video production, ideally in B2B, technology, professional services, and/or a high-growth startup environment.

  • A portfolio that demonstrates range with static design, motion, and video, and shows craft and concept, not just execution.

  • Demonstrable, current fluency with AI creative tools and concrete examples of work where AI shaped the process or product. Candidates should be ready to walk through their AI workflow in interviews.

  • Expert command of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Figma. Working proficiency in PowerPoint.

  • Strong typographic, layout, color, and motion fundamentals.

  • Comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity, compliance, cloud, and/or AI assurance subject matter.

  • Light scripting (Python, JavaScript) or experience wiring tools together via APIs, Zapier/Make, or ComfyUI-style pipelines.

  • Experience supporting an M&A integration or rebrand.

  • 3D, generative motion, or interactive web design experience.

  • Familiarity with brand-governance tooling and digital asset management (DAM) systems.
