We're seeking a Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full life cycle recruiting across technical, engineering, and select non-technical roles. You'll partner directly with hiring managers, build strategic sourcing pipelines, and shape exceptional candidate experiences that reflect Thermo's culture and long-term growth goals.

Source through LinkedIn, social media, referrals, university channels, and custom talent pipelines. - Screen and evaluate candidates for technical qualifications, experience, and culture alignment.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, facilitate feedback, and ensure timely communication.
- Provide compensation insights based on market data and internal equity.
Manage the candidate lifecycle within the ATS to ensure accurate, real-time tracking. - Conduct reference checks, verify credentials, and maintain compliance with hiring practices.
- Track key recruiting metrics and share insights to improve hiring processes.
What You Bring
