As the organization continues to expand, they are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to play a critical role in building world-class engineering and technical teams. This is a highly visible position offering the opportunity to partner directly with executive leadership and hiring managers while recruiting some of the industry's most sought-after engineering talent. We are looking for a senior, hands-on Technical Recruiter with a proven track record recruiting highly specialized engineering professionals within aerospace, defense, government contracting, cybersecurity, robotics, advanced manufacturing, space technology, or other highly technical industries. The ideal candidate is a strategic sourcing expert who thrives on identifying passive talent, building long-term pipelines, and filling complex, hard-to-recruit technical positions.
  • Location: Hawthorne, CA
  • Schedule: 100% onsite, Monday-Friday
  • Pay Rate: $60-70/hour

Responsibilities
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for highly specialized engineering and technical positions.
• Partner with engineering leaders and executives to develop recruiting strategies and hiring plans.
• Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, networking, referrals, GitHub, SeekOut, hireEZ, and other advanced sourcing tools.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct candidate interviews and provide detailed assessments to hiring managers.
• Manage the candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
• Advise hiring managers on recruiting best practices, market trends, compensation expectations, and competitive talent intelligence.
• Track recruiting metrics and proactively manage multiple high-priority searches simultaneously.
• Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and recruiting events.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience (10-15+ years strongly preferred).
• Demonstrated success recruiting engineers and highly specialized technical professionals.
• Strong experience recruiting within one or more of the following industries:
