  • Troubleshoot technical issues involving cameras, lenses, wireless video systems, rigging, power systems, and monitoring infrastructure
  • Coordinate with Directors of Photography, Lighting teams, Set Leads, and Video Engineering to execute complex production setups
  • Provide guidance and direction to freelance crew members and temporary technicians
  • Maintain continuity through accurate camera builds, settings verification, labeling, metadata, and equipment organization
  • Ensure compliance with all safety procedures related to rigging, lifting, electrical systems, equipment movement, and production operations
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of professional experience supporting camera, grip, rigging, or video operations within film, television, commercial, live event, or digital production environments
  • Demonstrated experience operating and supporting professional cinema camera systems and production equipment
  • Experience building, configuring, and troubleshooting camera packages and support systems
  • Strong understanding of grip equipment, rigging techniques, mounting systems, and production safety practices
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in high-pressure production environments
  • Experience working effectively across multiple production departments
  • Ability to lift, move, and safely operate production equipment throughout extended production days
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently for production assignments
Preferred Skills
  • Experience supporting multi-camera productions
  • Experience with wireless video transmission systems and on-set monitoring workflows
  • Advanced rigging and specialty camera build experience
  • Experience leading freelance crews or mentoring junior technicians
